We are a friendly and easygoing couple looking for a single person or another couple to rent the second room in the flat. We’re calm, sociable and respectful of shared spaces and we’re hoping to find like-minded housemates. The room available is a spacious double, with rent prices at 1050£ per month for a single person or 1,200£ for a couple. Bills are not included, except for WIFI, which we covered.
