The location is excellent - around 3 minutes’ walk to Forest Hill station, with fast transport links to London Bridge and Canada Water, plus easy connections to the City, Victoria, Gatwick Airport and New Cross Gate for Goldsmiths, University of London. There is also a 24-hour bus route towards Central London and the West End.
Forest Hill is a lovely conservation area with plenty nearby: a large Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express, swimming pool, library, 2 gyms, parks, pubs, restaurants, and the beautiful Horniman Museum and Gardens, which regularly hosts social events, music, markets and exhibitions.
Rent is £705 pcm, bills are £218 pcm, and the total monthly payment is £923. Deposit is £950. Minimum stay is 6 months.
