Brand new fully renovated and furnished to an exceptional high standard, we have available to rent a unique space incorporating a large double bedroom that also includes your own boutique ‘bouji’ hotel style ensuite, your own cosy and inviting lounge area, your own beautiful brand new fully fitted kitchen & breakfast bar with oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, integrated bin and plenty of storage and your own side entrance for complete privacy. The bedroom features a large solid oak triple wardrobe, an ottoman storage bed and a large storage cupboard, so plenty of space to store your personal items. The bed features a premium Simba mattress along with an electric remote-controlled blind.
All rooms have been fitted with quality furniture, flooring, fixtures and fittings and very tastefully decorated to give it a high-quality feel.
This unique space has been carefully and thoughtfully designed and whilst connected to, and part of the main residence (so you would be a lodger not a tenant) with ‘live-in resident’ landlords, you’d never know it. Even details such as acoustic treatment on walls and doors have been implemented to ensure it feels a home from home. The connection between the main house is via a hidden acoustically treated door which is kept locked for your privacy.
A driveway out the front provides a parking space and is available subject to conditions.
The property is located in Albany Park only a 30-seconds walk from Albany Park train station with fast links to London Bridge, Waterloo/Waterloo East, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Abbey Wood for the Elizabeth Line.
