Room description
We have a spacious double room available immediately in our 4-bedroom house in Filton, and we're looking for someone who's after more than just a place to sleep. We'd love to find someone who wants to be part of the house, whether that's joining us for a board game, cooking together, heading to a gig, or simply saying hello when passing through the kitchen.
The room is a bright, good-sized double and comes part-furnished with:
- Double bed and mattress
- Desk and chair
- Built-in storage
There's plenty of space to make it your own, whether you're studying, working from home, or just looking for somewhere comfortable to relax.
The house is fully furnished and has everything you'd need, including:
- Spacious shared living room with TV
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Two bathrooms (one with a shower)
- Washing machine
- Two fridges and a freezer
- Front and back gardens
- Plenty of free on-street parking
We've put a lot of effort into making the shared spaces feel cosy and welcoming rather than just functional. It's somewhere we all genuinely enjoy spending time.
The house is in Filton (BS34), with excellent transport links around Bristol.

- Around 20 minutes into Bristol city centre by bus
- Train station within easy reach
- Electric scooters available nearby
- Supermarkets, cafés, takeaways and local shops all close by
- Convenient access to UWE, BIMM, Airbus, Rolls-Royce, GKN and MOD Abbey Wood
The house is in a quiet family neighbourhood, so while we enjoy going out and socialising, this definitely isn't a party house.

About Us:
You'll be living with three friendly housemates who all get on really well and genuinely enjoy living together.
CJ (they/them, 20) is studying Music and Sound Production at BIMM and hopes to work in live sound engineering. You'll usually find them making music, discovering new artists, planning the next gig, or trying to convince everyone else to listen to a song they've just found. Outside of music they're into gaming, D&D, board games, reading, walks, and pretty much anything creative or slightly nerdy. They also have ADHD, so conversations have a habit of taking unexpected turns—but that's half the fun.
Billy (he/they, 19) is studying Computer Science at the University of Bristol. He's a huge gamer, loves reading, enjoys both nights out and chilled evenings in, and is always up for a board game, D&D campaign, or a chat about whatever new interest he's fallen down the rabbit hole with.
Joe (he/him, 29) is also studying Music and Sound Production at BIMM and originally comes from Liverpool. He's equally happy going out for a night with friends or staying in for games, films, and a relaxed evening after a busy day.
As a house we're all into gaming, D&D, board games, reading, music, walks, forests, gigs and the occasional pub trip. We enjoy spending time together, but nobody is expected to join in all the time. Everyone has their own routines and we're all respectful of each other's downtime.
We're looking for someone who's friendly, considerate, keeps shared spaces tidy, and wants to help make the house feel like a home rather than just somewhere to rent a room.
Unfortunately we can't accommodate couples or pets.
