Hi! I'm a UoM student living in Manchester, Fallowfield and due to a change in circumstances I need a student tenant to takeover my tenancy from ideally Jan/Feb until the 1st of June 2026. It's a 5 bed house with 2 bathrooms, garden access and nearby to Curry Mile, 256, mutliple bus stops and shops. Rent is £689/month so around £159/week with all bills, utilities and amenities included. Amazing flatmates, all super chill and really tidy. Gutted to leave but need a tenant ASAP!
