Room description
We’re looking for a sixth housemate for our 6-bed student house in Manchester. One of our original housemates has dropped out of uni, so we now have a room available.
We are all currently first year students at the University of Manchester, so this house will be for our second year, beginning in 2026.
The house is fully furnished with a shared kitchen and living area, and is well-located for transport and local shops around Fallowfield. There is a nearby Sainsbury's and other really useful shops which you can see on maps. You’d be living with five friendly students who are very sociable, but will respect your space.
The deposit is £500 and rent is £160 per month, bills included and is half price for the summer months outside of university term time. Ideal for a student or postgraduate. Move in dates will be sometime around September, but a slightly earlier move in date may also be possible.
Message for any additional photos or information, or to arrange a viewing, which I am sure we will be able to organise with our landlord. We do not have many pictures of the inside of the house as we have only been able to access it through viewings, but videos of the inside can be sent on request.
