Studio Room in Phoenix Place.

I am dropping from uni.

Its a one bed studio with an ensuite and i need someone to take over the tenancy its £180 a week but all bills and wifi are included. There is street parking and security in reception 24/7. Need someone in asap. Lovely staff and they are very helpful.
