Looking for a student to take over my studio apartment in Gateway Apartments (private student accommodation) from roughly 9th February 2025 (start date negotiable) until 23rd August 2025. Undergraduates and postgraduates from any university are welcome. This is a spacious, modern apartment with plenty of storage, consisting of a fully-fitted kitchen, and ensuite bathroom (no shared amenities). The accommodation provides a 24-hour on-site gym, cinema room, common room and laundry room. The accommodation is situated along many bus routes and there is a tram stop just outside. There is also plenty of on-street parking in the N1 permit zone.
