Room description

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a two bedroom flat on Leith Walk. It’s spacious (94 sq m), well-maintained, and centrally located on Annandale St! The area is very lively, with many cute coffee shops, pubs, and gyms/fitness studios.

You’d get your own full bathroom, plus use of a spare bedroom with a day bed for guests. There’s loads of storage throughout the flat (3 additional closets in the shared areas, plus a fourth with the washer), as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, and smart TV.

My flatmate (30F) has a very sweet Lhasa Apso (pictured!). Students and professionals welcome!
