Large private room available for short-term takeover from **1st June to 30th June** (or from mid-May if you can move earlier) in a 3-bed shared flat.
The current tenants (including me) are all moving out at the end of June as the whole flat is being re-let to a new group from 1st July. Landlord has approved this short-term arrangement.

- Anyone wanting to test the area/needing a cheap, easy place for just June

- Good-sized En-suite double room with double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair
- Bright and quiet
- Shared kitchen & living area
- All bills included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi)
The flat is in Wavertree/Edgehill, 10-15mins walk from Uni, Good transport links, supermarkets, etc.
I'm looking for a clean, respectful, easy-going person. No deposit required (and probably no references too, up to the landlord)
Available for viewings immediately. Move-in as early as mid-May or negotiable after first week of May if needed.
