Room description
We have a bright and cosy, double room available for one person.
The house is very conveniently located:
5 min. walk to Wimbledon Park station (District Line), perfect connection to the centre of Wimbledon and the centre of London; 8 min. walk to Earlsfield train station, 156 bus stop in front of the house. Walking distance to the beautiful Wimbledon Village, Southfields and Wimbledon Park full of green space, tennis courts etc.
The house has a garden and 4 bedrooms (each for single occupancy) with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. You will be sharing with 3 other friendly and easy-going females - all of us are working full-time. We keep the house clean and tidy and are respectful to others. There is a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere pretty much all the time (we usually socialise outside) so our house share would most suit a like-minded person and someone who is looking for a space to rest after work/work from home etc.
The room is bright and spacious (facing the garden side of the house), furnished with a wardrobe, small double bed, large built in cupboard, a desk, large bookshelf and a TV (please see the pictures).
All bills (WiFi, water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence) are included.
