Spacious room in Zone 1, 2-bed flat, 1 year let (available 30th Oct)!

Hey everyone, urgently looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room in our spacious 2-bed in Earl’s Court (ROOM rent £1475pcm). It’s a super nice flat—lower ground but lots of natural light and a garden. Fully furnished & equipped + large living room. Also 5mins away from Tesco Superstore and Earl’s Court tube station.

Little about myself: Imperial grad, currently run a tech startup—so work a lot, but still quite social and always happy for a chat in the living room/some fun activity on a Sunday. Quite clean and wake up quite early, so ideally would want someone similar or at least respectful of this.
