Very large double room with en-suite and direct access to the balcony. In a quiet but perfect location near the city-sark in Greenwich, the flat is situated right on the river with beautiful views of Canary Wharf, London Bridge and Greenwich.

Room is furnished with a large wardrobe, bed with storage, a chest of drawers and bed side table. A few of my items I am willing to sell.

Rent is £1250 for the room, this includes the water bill and a parking space.

Flat is a 2 bed with a larger bathroom and bath, with plenty of storage available. Lift to flat (4th floor) and parking too. Large kitchen with larger living area, fitted with a dining table, two sofas, coffee table and large TV.

Current flatmate is female, early 30s, working in NHS.

Flat is near; Greenwich, Deptford and cutty sark stations (around 10-12 min walk), a large Waitrose, Aldi and small Tesco/Saisburys.
