Room description

We are renting a double en suite (short let) available from February 5th to March the 31st. The room in a 6 bedroom terraced house (yet one wouldn't feel like due the massive ground level shared living space).

The rent is £800 pcm (all bills included) and £900 pcm for couples. The room is unfurnished but we have some spare desk, chairs, and shelves that can be used. A security deposit of £350.
