Room description
This is a room in my family home. I rent two rooms to students.
The room is available for an acedemic year i.e. to the spring or summer 2027
This is a large double room facing east in my home. You would share a bathroom with one other, share the kitchen and the lounge. You can keep a bike in the garden and there is free on-street parking.
This a peaceful part of town close to Kings Buildings and Cameron Toll shopping centre. There is a very frequent bus service in to town that takes 10 minutes to the city centre.
I live here with one other full time tenant and occasionally my two daughters who are in their 20s come home during their holidays. I work full time.
Occassionally friends stay in other empty rooms.
Sadly I can't accept a couple.
The rent includes all bills including high speed wifi.
