Room description
I have a light west facing double room to rent in my home. I am renting two rooms so there will be a second student in the flat.
The room is available from the start of the next academic year for the whole year.
We are in a quiet part of Newington close to University of Edinburgh's Kings Buildings and a street away from a busy bus route that gets you to the city centre in 10 minutes. Walking to the centre takes 25 - 30 minutes.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair (desk is not in the pictures online).
This is a large flat over two floors with a good size kitchen, large living room and a garden out front to park a bike. Two bathrooms, central heating, wifi etc.
Rent includes all reasonable bills.
