Hello all, I am helping my son find someone to take over his tenancy at CODE Fairfax Street in Coventry. He had planned to attend university in September 2026, but due to a change in circumstances, he will no longer be taking up his place and therefore no longer requires the accommodation.

The tenancy is for a Deluxe Studio apartment. It offers complete privacy with your own bathroom and kitchenette, located on the 3rd floor. I’ve listed a few details below:

Tenancy Dates:

12 September 2026 – 3 September 2027 (Flexible. If you are looking for a shorter stay, for example 10 months, I am willing to cover the difference.)

Rent:

£175.49 per week, with all bills included.

The accommodation is in an excellent city centre location, just a short walk from Coventry University, next to Pool Meadow Bus Station with direct links across Coventry and to the University of Warwick, and within easy reach of Coventry Train Station. Shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and the Lower Precinct Shopping Centre are all nearby.
