Looking for a replacement tenant for a classic ensuite room at Abbey House Coventry. En-suite bathroom. Student tenants only. 41 week tenancy starting from 5th September 2026 to 23rd June 2027 (but can be extended if needed). £115 per week including utility bills (£460 every 4 weeks).
Only 1 minute walk from Coventry train station and the rail station bus stop, so it is very convenient for accessing transport links! For food shopping, it is a 10 minute walk to nearest Aldi. Additionally, it is a 20 minute bus ride to the University of Warwick. Access to laundry room, private gym and private study space in the accommodation building.
