I am currently looking for a new female housemate to move into a three bedroom house in North Bristol (Sea Mills) from 16th November.

I am a 36 year old professional living with my 13 year old son with a large third double bedroom and private living room to rent.

As my son is older, this is a quiet property and I'm looking for a professional. Female preferred but open to other gender.

The separate private living room for only your use, perfect for working from home. Shared kitchen and bathroom.

There is space for off-road parking and a private garden to the rear of the property.

5 min drive from Clifton/Whiteladies Road.

Bristol City Centre 20 mins away by bus and quick access to Cribbs Causeway and Filton Abbey Wood.

Corner shop two minutes walk away and COOP/Tesco 10 minutes walk away.

2 minute walk from Blaise Castle Estate.

Rent is £800 per month including all bills. £400 deposit required and reference for the landlord.

N. B - bedroom and living room for rent are unfurnished.

We have two cats living in the house.
