Room description

Dear All,

I have a double blue room on the first floor to rent out in my owner-occupier house. £25 pn, £150 pw for trustworthy people who come to visit, on conference, sightseeing, job interview, running errands. If you need safe, comfortable and peaceful place to stay, this room can be for you☀️.

Bathroom with shower and my bedroom are on the same floor. Downstairs is my office, a fully-equipped kitchen and a garden to your disposition. Parking space is on-site, in front of the house. Guests must leave shoes downstairs and use slippers. Non-smoking interiors; please arrange your own internet (no broadband in the house). This is a quiet district with, predominantly, house owners, night silence is between 22:30-9:00.

If you're interested, please write me your situation. We can have a video call during which I will show you the interiors. If you stay 1 week or more, I need your ID and a work/study confirmation, we will also sign a contract together with a £300 deposit (high, due to my belongings being inside). If you're staying for less than seven days, an ID and an upfront payment will suffice.
