Hi all!
I am leaving my cosy bedroom available in 4 bed house in SW2 It is a newly renovated room in a four-bedroom house in between Clapham and Brixton, just off Kings Avenue! There is a private garden, a cellar, and ample storage space! The room is the middle room, upstairs - floor plan in pictures.
It is about a 15-minute walk to Clapham Common and 20 to Brixton. n. The bus stop is only a 2/3 minute walk and there are buses that take you to and from Clapham and Brixton.
Rent is £962.50. Bills are around £120 a month. The house is in council tax band F. Deposit is £1000.
The landlady and her husband is super easy going and will work with you to take this house a home.
My house share is with 3 other people. 26 (Tom Gale who is the lead tenant), 26 (Sarah Watters), and 25 (Eliot Culling) are all super social but respectful of each other’s space and time. Tinnies in the park (Clapham Common) on a warm day is the dream. They all like a good pub or Simmons outing, but also a nice night in. They are respectful when we WFH and the wifi is good for it too.
They are looking for someone preferably a professional and keen to make this house a home.
