The bedroom faces the garden, catching the natural morning sun, and comes furnished with a wardrobe and cabinet.
You’ll have full use of a spacious, welcoming living room—perfect for cozy movie nights—and a dedicated dining area in the bay window. You will be sharing with just one other person, so the flat remains calm, tidy, and peaceful.
Location & Lifestyle
Commute: 5–6 min walk to Gunnersbury Station (District/Overground) and 2 mins to South Acton. It’s only one stop from Kew Gardens and a few from Richmond.
The Area: Very green and safe. Less than 10 mins to Gunnersbury Park and a few minutes from the riverfront for runs toward Barnes and Putney.
Local Perks: Sunday markets for flowers, cheese, and vintage furniture are right nearby, plus a Waitrose, M&S, and great local pubs on the main street.
About the Housemate
I’m a professional in my mid-30s. I’m very clean and tidy and value a home that is a calm place to recharge. I enjoy my own downtime and fully respect private space, but I’m definitely happy to share a glass of wine or head to the pub for a pint.
I love cooking, playing tennis, and the theatre. If you’re looking for a balanced mix of independence and a friendly, comfortable atmosphere, this is the place for you.
The room is for female only 😊
