I’m a full-time postgraduate student joining the University of Law, Birmingham and looking for a clean, furnished room in Birmingham.

I’m responsible, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep the room clean and follow house rules. I don’t smoke and rarely drink.

I’m looking for a single room for myself initially. There is a possibility that a friend may join me later subject to visa approval, so I would prefer a place where sharing could be considered in the future, but I will be renting alone to begin with.

I’m happy with a shared house or flat, ideally with good public transport links. Bills included would be preferred.

I’m looking to move in from February 2026 for a minimum 3–6 months, possibly longer.
