Hi, i'm a work-from-home transcriber looking for a room for minimum of a year. I have a 4-year old dog, and old cat. All very sweet, and well trained (no barking). Looking to share with someone who is positive, relaxed and up for a natter/glass of wine in the garden too. Happy in my own company too, and respectful of someone's house/space.
