This great student house has become available for the first time in many years following a small number of this group dropping out for student year 2024-25
It looks small from the outside but its like Dr Who's tardis as its large on the inside.
Situated in Cheltenham's prime student area the rooms are mostly large double rooms with one large room in the basement with good light, a large double on the ground floor and three rooms with double beds on the first floor. All furniture is supplied including beds, wardrobes, desks, chest of drawers, and all kitchen white goods, and leather sofas.
Rent includes water rates, council tax if a student, all gas and electric utilities up to a prearranged capped figure, WiFi and TV licence. We even supply a flat screen TV in the lounge.
The house is located in fantastic position 5 minutes from Cheltenham's busy High street and Brewery Entertainment complex, overlooking Pitteville park and FCH Campus.
New contracts will be drawn up for 12 months until end of June 2025, and parental guarantor and standing order mandate will be required.
