I have a spacious double bed room which is fully furnished with a new bed and new carpet. I woule like to welcome a professional working, clean and tidy female to have a pleasant stay in this bright comfortable room. I am a friendly live in landlady.
The room is £650 per month with a fully refundable deposit of £250, unless there are any damages, this includes all bills and wifi.
The location has close amenities to shops and 2 supermarkets and a number of fast food resturants and take aways within walking distance. There are bus routes that can take to ro into Romford, Chadwell Heath Elizabeth Line, ilford and Barking.
