Hi all, I'm looking for a house share or 1bed property on behalf of a 27-year-old tenant.
Non smoking, no pets, respectful, a little shy. Has some OCD, so likes to keep their spaces very clean and tidy.
Will be receiving housing element benefit, due to ongoing health issues, covering any extra to make up the shortfall. Backed by a support network to provide any extra help and communication.
With the limited housing availability there may not be property near family, but hoping there is something in either Heath, Whitchurch, Birchgrove, Llanishen, Rhiwbina, Thornhill, Lisvane, or any other area that'll be near family in Llanishen.
You'd have a respectful, long-term tenant, who takes pride in their space.
