I’ve been living in this lovely room for the past few months and have absolutely loved it - especially the amazing location. The Royal Victoria Dock waterfront is literally a few seconds away, and the Thames River is less than a 20‑minute walk. I especially love going for runs around the area - it’s so peaceful and refreshing.

I’m moving back to my home country for a few months, so I’m helping the landlord find a replacement tenant. The tenancy agreement will be directly with the owner, who is very friendly and responsive.

Location: East London – near Royal Victoria DLR (10 min walk) and West Silvertown DLR (5 min walk)

About the area:

The neighbourhood is peaceful, safe, and beautifully located by the water. You can enjoy stunning views of the Emirates Cable Car, Canary Wharf skyline, and Royal Docks waterfront right outside the building. The area is also extremely well connected to Central London - with regular DLR, Jubilee Line and Elizabeth Line links making travel quick and easy.

University of East London (UEL): It has very comfortable access - within 20 minutes including walk and DLR travel, and there’s also a free Bus 129 service (~30 mins) to the campus.

O2 Arena / North Greenwich: ~15 mins via free Bus 129

ExCeL London: ~10 mins away

Canary Wharf: ~10 mins via DLR
