Hi everyone! I need someone to take over my Vita Student Cannon Park studio contract for 2025/26. It’s a fully furnished studio flat (1 bed, 1 bath) on the 1st floor of a new student residence. ALL bills are included in the rent (electric, water, 1 Gb Wi-Fi, etc.), so you won’t have to worry about utilities. Here’s why this is an amazing offer:
Fantastic Amenities: The building has a 24/7 concierge, free weekday breakfast, bi-weekly cleaning, a gym, private study rooms, social hub spaces, movie room, and even a basketball court. They host fun events for residents (parties, cooking classes, yoga, and more), so it’s easy to make friends even though you have your own private studio.
Prime Location: Only 5 minutes’ walk to University of Warwick main campus and 1 minute to the bus stop. It’s next to Cannon Park Shopping Centre (Tesco, Boots, restaurants, etc.), which is super convenient.
Great Value: The studio’s official rate is much higher, but I’m offering it for about £940 per month (≈£235/week), roughly £12,000 for the entire year. This is well below the usual price for Vita Student (similar studios here start ~£400/week starting if booked directly).
Term & Contract: Available from 6th Sept 2025 to 29th Aug 2026. You’ll sign the contract directly with Vita Student (as a new tenant), which means everything will be handled officially and securely through the Vita management. No agency fees. (I’ve already paid the initial fees when I booked.)
Eligibility: Must be a full-time student to live here (Vita policy).
