👋 Hey there,

🔎 If you’re looking for a cozy room with perfect space and furniture to feel comfortable and at home, and in an AMAZING area : this room’s for you !

🗓️ The room is available from end of January (specific date to discuss)

🏠 The flat has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine), a bathroom separated from the toilet (thank god) and is well connected to all public transport (train, bus, tube)

🙋‍♂️ We’re currently 2 super chill men (26 yo French & 34 yo German) living in the flat, I work here in the city whilst the other flatmate works out of London quite often.

😇 We try our best to keep the common areas as clean as possible and to respect everyone’s schedule (if coming back late or waking up early). If we’re not out we’re chilling in our own rooms, so we like to respect everyone’s space !

👭👬 Our goal is to find someone who’s also chill, clean, respectful, not a party thrower and someone with a full-time job (remote or onsite doesn’t matter). If you feel like going out for a drink, we can of course get one ! We’re looking for a flatmate - but someone who we can talk to and banter with

🚭 It’s a non-smoking flat, but there’s a very easy access to an outside corridor where you could enjoy your cigarettes,
