A minute walk from Central Line (Buckhurst Hill) —
25mins to Liverpool Street Station. Lovely area with lots of little restaurants, boutiques, cates and a big Waitrose. Safe, green and peaceful area with lots of places to run, cycle etc.
You will share the bathroom, living room and kitchen with only 2 so Max 3 of us in total will be sharing this spacious house:) - plenty of space for everyone. I am 44 years old female, professional. Easy going, very clean, considerate and respectful. I very much appreciate a peace and quiet - not a big party house-sorry:)
