Bright, quiet and modern room in Bromley, London (BR1 )
A medium-sized bright and quiet single room has become available in a lovely new-built estate in Bromley (Scotts Road, BR1 3QD) - near Bromley North station. Also, there is a very quiet and green private garden for the building with tables and chairs.
The previous long-term tenant has decided to move out. You would be solely sharing this 2nd floor flat with me, the landlord. I’m a 44-yo gay professional male who usually works 2 days a week from home. I have a small and very friendly 6 year old chihuhua. I would get on well with both an outgoing person or with an introverted person.
Apart from the two bedrooms the flat has an open space: living room - dining room – kitchen and modern bathroom with jacuzzi and steam room. The building is about 7 years old and it’s on a very quiet street with no cross traffic. This accommodation would suit both a professional or student of any age or gender.
