The room comes fully equipped with a double bed, comfortable couch, wardrobe, coffee table, computer table with chair, and even a private refrigerator - ideal for someone looking for both comfort and convenience.
The flat is shared with two friendly and respectful people, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The landlord lives out of the property, allowing tenants to enjoy their own space and privacy. There is also a spacious garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, especially during warmer months.
There is also an additional shared room available in the flat, which can be used by everyone for extra storage. This provides extra space and helps keep the double bedroom tidy. Just a heads up – there isn’t a separate living room.
The location is very convenient. Bromley North station is approximately a 10-minute walk, offering easy transport links. A Tesco store is located just opposite the flat, making grocery shopping quick and easy. The area is well-connected and close to local amenities.
Bills are subject to usage and typically come to around £100 a month, which includes gas, electricity, water, and EE broadband.
I have lived here for more than 3 years and have had a very comfortable stay. Due to personal circumstances, I am now looking for someone to take over the room.
