I am advertising on behalf of my son, Soutaro Yamashita, who is the current contract holder for Room CA-210 at Vita Student Zed Alley in central Bristol.

Due to a change in his university plans, he will now study at the University of Melbourne and will not be occupying the accommodation.

Vita Student has formally confirmed that we may seek a suitable replacement student through its official Contract Takeover process.

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE SUBLET.

The replacement student must be eligible for Vita Student accommodation and will complete the official booking, eligibility checks, payment and Contract Takeover process directly with Vita Student.

POTENTIAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT AVAILABLE.

To help secure a suitable replacement quickly, our family is prepared to discuss a meaningful financial contribution towards the incoming student’s accommodation cost.

Any financial support would be subject entirely to Vita Student’s prior approval and must be handled within Vita Student’s official Contract Takeover process.

No specific amount has been fixed or promised, and no private financial arrangement will be made without Vita Student’s prior approval.

Therefore, even if the original rate is above your current budget, please feel free to contact me.

Subject to Vita Student’s approval, there may be an opportunity to reduce the effective accommodation cost for the incoming student.
