I’m looking for a friendly *Female* flatmate to rent the second bedroom in the apartment located right in the middle of Clapham North Station and Brixton tube station. (I’m open to both long & short term let)
Room is a stunning ensuite double bedroom located on the 1st floor of the split-level apartment. It comes fully furnished, has a desk & chair for working from home and TV.

Transport Links: Situated just 8 minutes’ walk from both Clapham North Station and 10 minutes to Brixton tube station.
Parks: The awesome green space of Clapham Common is only a short walk away and on the other side you have the beautiful Ruskin park & Brockwell park
Amenities: There is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, and cafes on your doorstep plus you get the best coffee from the Blank café just below the apartment. Also, the blues kitchen is only 5 mins away with live Jazz most week evening!!!!
The rent will be 950 plus bills usually ranging between 50-80 (summer) to 100-120 (winter)
