Hello everyone!

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a great 2 bed flat, with a great flatmate in a great location.

The room is a double and comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, queen-sized bed and lots of drawer space.

The flat is on the second floor, has two bathrooms (the one pictured would be yours), spacious lounge/kitchen area with all the mod cons including a dishwasher, and a south-facing balcony great for enjoying the sun all day.

The flat is in a pleasant residential area with many young professionals. The building the flat is located in is very secure with 2 layers of security doors and an intercom system protecting access.

The flat is well located, only a 10 minute walk from Bow Road Underground Station, Bow Church DLR Station, a Tesco, Victoria Park and the Roman Road market. You can be in Stratford or Canary Wharf in 20 minutes on the DLR and central London in less than 40 on the tube.

My flatmate is a friendly and thoughtful guy. He is a civil servant who enjoys going out and socialising but also nights in.

Available from 1st October (+ or - 5 days) for 6 months with the potential option to negotiate a new contract with the landlord at the end.

Rent is £1075 per month (bills not included). The deposit is £1237 which you would transfer to me to take over the deposit already held with the landlord. Council tax band D.
