Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room due to personal circumstances, as I’ve had to take a leave of absence and move back home. The property is an 8-bed, 4-bath student house at 224 Heeley Road with a shared kitchen, and everyone in the house is friendly and respectful.
The room is spacious, located on the top floor, and comes with a double bed (which can be moved if needed) and plenty of storage. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and is shared with one male student who is clean and friendly.
The location is really convenient, with two retail parks around 10 minutes up the road, a train station at the top of the road, plus pubs, food places, and local shops nearby.
