You'd be sharing with just me — I live here full-time and have a daughter who stays for 2 nights in the middle of the week, so it's a calm, mostly quiet household with just occasional lively moments!
Note: the house has 1 bathroom, 1 downstairs toilet, and I have a private shower room.
The bathroom is near your bedroom, so it's 90% of the time free.
