Room description
I love how nice, fresh and modern the house looks now after a massive renovation project this year. All new appliances everywhere and every room and everything in it is fairly new.
We live a short drive from Bristol city centre (13 mins driving) or 36 minutes by bus.
We are young professionals working in Bristol and Bath and love to hang out together. We watch movies and go on hikes and explore the city frequently.
We have two toilets, a utility room, a conservatory and tons of storage, easy access attic, large airing cupboard and under stair storage. We have a large garden with a lot of work being done to it next spring, meaning you could lock in a good price on rent before it will go up substantially after an outdoor renovation project.
Available for viewings on weekends in the day.
There are two rooms you can choose from, a large double with a walk in wardrobe which is £850 or the double room for £525.
