My housemate (& live-in owner) is a young professional, who is very laid-back, clean and easy to live with.

It has a large shared living room/ kitchen that is fully furnished with white goods, a corner sofa, a dining table, a coffee table, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with extensive appliances.

The south-facing flat has very high ceilings, extensive terrace and garden areas, underfloor heating, and an underground parking space is included in the rent. The flat stays nice and warm as it gets lots of sunlight year-round due to the large south-facing windows, which also minimises the need to turn the heating on.
