A large double ensuite room will be available in a large two-bedroom South Bristol flat from Late January 2026 for 12 - 24 months with a Lodger Agreement.

My housemate (& live-in owner) is a young professional, who is very laid-back, clean and easy to live with.

The property is a beautiful, large, 2-bedroom ground-floor corner flat located in the sought-after Lakeshore Drive secure gated community. It has a large shared living room/ kitchen that is fully furnished with white goods, a corner sofa, a dining table, a coffee table, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with extensive appliances.

The south-facing flat has very high ceilings, extensive terrace and garden areas, underfloor heating, and an underground parking space is included in the rent. The flat stays nice and warm as it gets lots of sunlight year-round due to the large south-facing windows, which also minimises the need to turn the heating on. The living room has 2 doors accessing the outside corner terrace, which is a large sheltered area running along the outside of the flat, looking out over landscaped grass with trees and a lake which is great for relaxing and having BBQs in the summer. Upstairs is a relaxing sofa area, and office desk space suitable for working from home.
