Room description
Hi everyone. I’m moving out on the 10th of January and I’m urgently looking for someone to take my room.
It’s £975/month including bills plus £17/month for a cleaner to come every other week. It’s a 12 month contract but the minimum stay is 3 months.
You’ll be sharing with 1 male (who identifies as queer) and 2 females - all professionals, friendly, welcoming and chilled. They’re between the ages of 28 and 35. Students are welcome to enquire.
You’ll be sharing the bathroom and the downstairs toilet with 2 females.
The room is a well laid-out double room. It has 2 in-built wardrobes, so there is plenty of storage space for clothes and possessions. The room also includes a sizeable desk and a chair for home working. The wifi is a really good speed and is included. (You also have a really nice view of the shard!!)
The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space. There’s a tv in there, along with a dining table and chairs and a sofa. There’s a big fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer too, and there is also a balcony!
It’s in such a great location with Bermondsey underground station 10-15 mins walk away, bus stops right outside the flat, and South Bermondsey station a 10 min walk away. There’s loads of shops right on the doorstep and a pure gym just around the corner. I’ve found the area to be really safe to live in and the building is super secure.
