The bedroom comes furnished with a bed and spacious wardrobe. You will also have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom and communal areas of the house.
The property is in a very convenient location, around 10 minutes’ walk to Blyth beach, approximately 2 minutes’ walk to Newsham railway station, and there is a bus stop directly in front of the house. Local shops and amenities are also nearby.
I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, clean and tidy and who will treat the home with care. I’d like to keep the house peaceful, comfortable and homely.
