Room description
Hi guys, my exams are finishing on the 7th of May and I'm ideally looking for someone to take over my contract after that date until the 15th of September. I've attached some pictures, please take a look. The room is spacious, I share with 3 other students (who are super nice and clean!) and it comes furnished. It's located in Zone 1, Bayswater and has great transport links - 5 minute walk to Hammersmith and Central line, 10 minute walk to Elizabeth line and has bus stops that are a 2 minute walk away!
Rent is £860 a month, bills average to £20-£30. For Zone 1, this is really cheap!
