Double bedroom to rent in a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a garden 🌞
I am the current tenant and I am very sad to be leaving this house and my housemates behind. I have had a wonderful 4 years here ♥️

£1120 per month inclusive of bills (including internet).
Bright and spacious double bedroom which overlooks the garden, with built in wardrobe space. Shared bathroom and living/kitchen space. Additional toilet downstairs.
You will be living with 2 other girls (both 32yrs) who are working professionals (Teacher & a Nanny). Neither of them WFH. They are both incredibly warm and welcoming! They enjoy spending time together as well as having individual interests and social lives.
Plant lovers very much welcome! 🪴🪻🌱
PETS: you will be living with a lovely cat called Tuna, so unfortunately no other pets welcome 🐱
The house is very well connected -
Transport: 10 minute walk to Queenstown Road station, 15 minute walk to Battersea Park station, 20 minute walk to Battersea Power Station tube (Northern line) and 15 minute walk to Clapham Junction station.
