complete with a comfy double-size sofa bed, wardrobe with mirror, expanding table, shelving and large monitor.
The kitchen comes complete with a fridge/freezer, a gas cooker/oven and washing machine + cutlery, glasses, dishes etc.
There is a shared bathroom just outside, with a bath/shower, sink and toilet.
There is also a shared patio, perfect for barbequing in the summer.
The Local Area
The flat is situated a stone's throw away from the numerous cafes, bars and restaurants of Battersea Rise and Northcote road.
Staples such as Tesco, Co-op, Waitrose and M&S are all just a short walk.
The property is also right next door to Clapham common.
Transport
Clapham Junction station(Rail + Overground) is a 7 minute walk away, with links to key stations such as Waterloo, London Bridge, Victoria + many more.
Clapham Common station(Northern Line) is a 15 minute walk/5 minute bus journey from the property.
Keeping the flat clean and tidy at all times, is essential - as is being reliable with rent payments and respectful of the neighbours.
Smoking in the flat is not permitted - please do it outside the building or in the garden.
No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed in the flat.
I occupy the upstairs room and am a full-time music production student in my final year. I'm also working part-time at an art gallery.
I enjoy live music, movies, fashion and reading.
