Downstairs double room available now. Location of property is amazing, 5 minutes to oldfield park train station, 30 minute walk into centre of town, two tunnels cycle path at the back of the garden and moorland road 5 minutes round the corner with all the amenities you need.

I’ve had to relocate so room is already empty. If paper work moves quick contract can start 3rd April, if not it’ll be 3rd May (officially).
