I am Sanju, currently a 2nd-year engineering undergraduate at the University of Bath. I have availability in a house in BA2 2UJ in Bath near Odd Down Sainsbury's. Our contract starts 03/09/2026 and is a minimum of 10 months. Rent is £625 pm without bills and is for a single bedroom. The house consists of 2 toilets, 1 shower room (includes the toilet) and a small garden as well. The house is 5-bedroom, and the rest of the 4 people are males. We are all 20-21 years old.
