Room description
Re-listing as I am sadly moving out of my home in Arnos Grove near the end of September and I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy until February 2026 (with high likelihood of extending).
The house is less than 5 minutes walk away from Arnos Grove Station which has quick links to Finsbury Park and King’s Cross on Piccadilly Line so easy access to the city.
Sainsbury’s Local 5 mins away, along with Tesco Extra 5 mins drive and Aldi & B&M 20 mins walk away. A nice local pub is across from the house too.
The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, bed and 3 x chest of drawers. The house has a lovely south facing garden which is great in the warmer months. It has a good size kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, downstairs toilet and shared living room and bathroom (additional furniture shown will be leaving with me).
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, likes to live their own lives but happy to hang out with the other housemates sometimes as well.
Rent is 783.33 - not including bills that comes to around £130pcm. References would be required for the agency.
