Hi! I’m an undergraduate student from South Korea, also working regularly with a steady, taxable income that comfortably covers my rent and living costs.
My schedule keeps me busy and out of the house most of the time—studying at uni on weekdays and working on weekends. When I'm home, I mostly use the space to relax quietly and recharge.
As a flatmate, I’m clean, considerate, and very mindful of shared spaces. I value a peaceful, respectful home environment where everyone feels comfortable. I'm looking for a long-term stay and am happy to provide proof of income and references upon request.
