In a quiet residential area in East Croydon .
I have a lovely room to rent to a cat friendly person, Vegan Vegetarian, preferably. LGBT welcome. We do smoke outside the property
In a Victorian Mid terrace house, sunny top floor, newly decorated double bedroom, with a bathroom next door used mainly by the lodger as we have our bathroom on the first floor and use the top floor one just in emergency.
The room includes: double bed, chest of drawers, desk, mirror, wardrobe, dressing table, bed side table, fridge, microwaves, wooden floor with rugs, we can be flexible with furniture arrangements.
Use of the kitchen, washing machine.
There is an outside space in the front patio to lock a bicycle . Clean environment. with a large back garden, we have cats living in the house.
15 mins walk from East Croydon Station, there are several Buses and Tram stops near the propriety .
